The fee to apply online is $35. If you prefer to submit a paper application, the fee is $45.
Ways to submit the PAYMENT for your application fee:
- Pay Electronically at the end of the online application.
- Mail payment for the fee to us with your application. Please mail a check or money order. Do not mail cash! If you are in a hurry, you can always overnight your application fee by FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
- Walk it into our office with the application. We accepts checks and money orders. Credit cards are be accepted in our office with a 2.75% service fee.
In order for either application to be processed, please make sure you submit both a completed application and the application fee.
